About Texas Haunt Review!

At Texas Haunt Review we take a different approach than other "review sites". To start with we do not announce that we are coming, we do not try and scam our way into the Haunt for free and we do not accept advertisements from the events we review. We wait in line and buy our ticket just like you do. We will take advantage of coupons, online discounts and special promotions.If they know we are coming then it's not a review it's a performance. And that's not why we came :)

Why do we do it? Just like you we love Haunted Houses. For years my husband and I have decorated the front yard, dressed up and held the biggest Halloween party on the block. Each year we hop in the car with our friends and hit the Haunts. With so many houses in the area it became harder and harder to get information on the best ones. Other review sites always seemed to be biased or gave their friends haunt a good review even when it probably didn't deserve it. If the reviewer scammed his way in for free? it's not a review. It's a trade! We won't ask to get in free! no other review site can make that claim!

What to expect from this site. Expect a honest and fair review of the events we attend. If it's good we will say it's good. If it's bad..... and I mean really bad - we won't bash, put down or otherwise slam the event. We will however not recommend it. If you don't have anything nice to say .... We hope you enjoy this site as much as we love going to Haunted Houses. Happy Haunting.
